What does the role involve?

In this role, you'll establish a culture that thrives on continuous improvement and the implementation of new ideas. You'll be responsible for recruiting and engaging a top-notch team, ensuring that every member is not only skilled but also passionate about our mission. Your day-to-day will involve managing end-to-end processes, from complaint handling to lean initiatives, all while maintaining a keen eye on productivity and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with stakeholders, plan ahead to meet both short- and long-term goals, and ensure that our facility meets all compliance requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a leaner, more efficient Tool Service Center that sets the standard for operational excellence.

What you need is:

  • Degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. engineering, supply chain)
  • Team Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience within a mass production environment
  • Precise solution oriented character with strong sense of achievement and willingness to drive change proactively
  • Enjoys problem solving/investigation of system discrepancies/anomalies
  • People oriented with ability to influence team members with different needs to gain their commitment and support to resolve customer problems
  • Experience in process excellence and system specifications (SAP R3, SAP AMS, SAP Equipment), MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding / ability to learn new management processes (Quality / Costs / Efficiency / Audit team members / training of team members)
