Senior Associate - Employment

Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: £82,000 to £95,000 plus Bonus and Benefits


An opportunity has arisen for an experience Senior Associate to join a growing, top tier Employment practice within a leading international law firm.


This role offers exposure to high quality domestic and global work, advising major multinational and UK businesses across a broad range of sectors including financial services, technology, retail, transport, media and FMCG.


The Role

You will join a highly regarded team working across offices as one integrated practice. The work is varied and includes:

• Strategic HR advisory work
• Transactional and corporate / M&A support including TUPE
• Workforce restructures and complex change projects
• Global investigations and cross border advisory mandates
• Executive exits and senior appointments
• Employment litigation and tribunal matters

You will collaborate on large scale global projects with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, offering clients coordinated international solutions.


The Team

You will work closely with the head of the department, a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked employment partner recognised for delivering commercially focused, strategic advice to major UK and international businesses. The wider UK practice consists of over 45 specialist employment, pensions and immigration solicitors and continues to grow rapidly.
