Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their growing team in their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
• Produce construction drawings using Revit
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience is desirable
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
