The University of Glasgow Women in Business & Finance Society is a network of students interested in pursuing careers in Business and Finance. Our purpose is to empower members, create networking opportunities, and enhance students' skillsets through training activities and workshops, preparing them for success in the industry.

Role Description

Please note: This is a volunteering role. Only active students at the University of Glasgow can apply.

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media activities, coordinating communications, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Officer will also collaborate with other team members to organise events and workshops. Expected volunteer hours: 5-10 per week.

• Market Research and Marketing skills
• Communication and Social Media Marketing skills
• Sales knowledge and experience is a plus
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
