We are now hiring a Professional Services Recruiter (International Market) to join our Glasgow team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing global desk, supporting international clients while building your own specialist professional services market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and developing your own international professional services desk.
• Partnering with clients across key global markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across consulting, advisory, and business services roles.
• Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Building a strong international candidate network.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends and market conditions.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment (professional services preferred but not essential).
• Strong interest in international markets.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
