We are now hiring an Accountancy & Finance Recruiter to join our Glasgow team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established desk, supporting clients while building your own A&F market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and developing your own Accountancy & Finance recruitment desk.
• Partnering with clients across industry, commerce, and professional services.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across qualified and part-qualified finance roles.
• Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Building a strong candidate network within finance.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.

• Experience in recruitment or finance-related background.
• Strong interest in the A&F market.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated.
