Interim Finance Manager - #2078062

Eden Scott Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Glasgow to recruit an Interim Finance Manager on a 3-month contract.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow management and team leadership. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can drive performance, ensure strong financial controls and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Deliver management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Oversee cashflow, treasury and month-end processes
• Ensure compliance with VAT, statutory reporting and governance requirements
• Support strategic planning and financial modelling
• Provide financial insight to senior leadership and board

What we’re looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, CIPFA)
• Proven experience in a senior finance role
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Experience in a regulated or not-for-profit environment desirable
