VNI Finance are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established and growing International business to recruit a Management Accountant into their Glasgow-based finance team.

This role offers exposure to management accounting, business partnering, controls, and reporting, making it a strong fit for a first-mover from practice seeking broad commercial experience in industry.

The position operates on a hybrid basis, with 3 days onsite one week and 2 days the following week.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
• Stock/inventory reporting and analysis
• Business partnering with operational teams across the business
• Supporting forecasting and reporting cycles
• VAT returns, statutory accounts preparation and audit support
• Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls

The successful candidate will likely be:

• Recently qualified ICAS/ACCA / CIMA
• Looking to make a first move from practice into industry
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills
• Keen to gain varied exposure within a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across finance and operations
