Job Title: Production Manager

Salary: £50,000–£65,000

Location: Glasgow

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met
• Manage and lead production teams, ensuring performance, engagement, and adherence to health & safety standards
• Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime
• Plan, organise, and allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements
• Analyse production data and prepare reports on KPIs, performance, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Good understanding of health & safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with production planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement tools
• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred
