Sales Executive / Glasgow / £25,000 – £32,000 per annum + Benefits / Full-Time or Part-Time

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving their business forward. You will split your time between nurturing their fantastic existing client base and actively hunting for new business opportunities. This is a dynamic, field- and phone-based role that offers excellent variety and the autonomy to manage your own success.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Liaise with current customers on a structured 8-week rota to ensure high levels of service, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with both existing clients and newly acquired accounts.
  • Proactively identify and target potential new customers through strategic cold calling, both over the phone and in person (field sales).
  • Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing the deal.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in a sales, account management, or business development role.
  • An excellent communicator who is comfortable cold calling and building rapport with decision-makers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • A self-motivated individual with a hunger for hitting targets and growing a territory.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves traveling to visit clients.
