Are you an experienced HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist looking for a modern, flexible role that allows you to deliver outstanding patient care — all from home?

Wholesale Hearing is redefining hearing care through technology, accessibility, and remote support. We are looking for an experienced and motivated clinician to join our growing remote team and help patients improve their hearing journey through online consultations, expert guidance, and ongoing care.

This is not a traditional clinic-based role. You’ll work entirely remotely, supporting patients virtually while enjoying the flexibility and work-life balance of a home-based position.

About the Role

As a Remote Hearing Aid Dispenser/Audiologist, you will provide professional hearing care support through telephone and online consultations. You’ll guide patients through their hearing journey, help identify suitable hearing solutions, provide aftercare support, and ensure every patient receives exceptional service and clinical guidance.

You’ll become part of an innovative and supportive business that is transforming how hearing care is delivered across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote hearing care consultations via phone and online platforms
  • Support patients in selecting appropriate hearing solutions based on their individual needs
  • Provide expert advice, counselling, and aftercare support remotely
  • Identify opportunities to improve hearing outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Recommend GP/ENT referrals where clinically appropriate
  • Maintain accurate patient records using NOAH and CRM systems
  • Follow up with patients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful hearing outcomes
  • Collaborate with the wider hearing care and customer support teams
  • Maintain HCPC registration and ongoing CPD requirements
  • Complete all documentation and reporting accurately and within required timescales

Essential Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or qualified Audiologist
  • Demonstrable remote consultation experience essential
  • Hearing aid sales and customer support experience essential
  • Familiarity with NOAH and CRM systems essential
  • Significant experience working independently within hearing care
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable delivering care and building rapport remotely
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a patient-first approach
  • Confident using technology and online communication tools
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Applicants should ideally be based within the Central Scotland area, although applications from across the UK will be considered

What We Offer

  • Fully remote home-based working
  • Flexible working environment
  • Competitive salary and commission opportunities
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Supportive and forward-thinking team culture
  • Opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing hearing care business
  • Better work-life balance without clinic travel requirements

Why Join Wholesale Hearing?

At Wholesale Hearing, we believe hearing care should be accessible, modern, and centred around patient convenience without compromising professional standards.

This is an opportunity to join a business at the forefront of remote hearing care, where your expertise can make a genuine difference to patients every single day — from the comfort of your own home.
