Our client is a fast-growing multi-site consumer brand operating across both physical and digital sales channels. As the business continues to expand its delivery and third-party platform presence, they are seeking an experienced Aggregator & Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial performance, optimise promotional investment, and deliver data-led growth.


This is a highly commercial role that sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, finance, and external partners, ensuring all promotional activity delivers measurable business value while maintaining strong customer experience and operational excellence.


The Role

The Aggregator & Commercial Marketing Manager will lead the performance and optimisation of third-party delivery and marketplace channels, driving profitable growth through analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and commercial negotiation.


The successful candidate will use data and insight to evaluate promotional effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, influence investment decisions, and ensure commercial activity aligns with broader business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Third-Party Channel Performance

  • Own and manage the commercial performance of third-party delivery and marketplace platforms.
  • Analyse key performance metrics including: Revenue and sales performance, Promotional return on investment, Discount effectiveness & Customer purchasing behaviour
  • Provide clear recommendations on campaign optimisation, continuation, scaling, or removal.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth & profitability


Commercial Marketing & Promotional Strategy:

  • Lead the planning, evaluation, and negotiation of promotional activity across third-party channels.
  • Manage a range of promotional initiatives including:
  • Discount-led campaigns
  • Delivery incentives
  • Sponsored placements
  • Paid media opportunities
  • Bundle and value offers
  • Co-funded promotional activity
  • Ensure all campaigns are supported by clear commercial objectives and ROI expectations.
  • Challenge underperforming activity through robust data analysis.
  • Support the optimisation of marketing investment and promotional spend.


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and campaign participation.
  • Present performance insights and commercial recommendations with confidence and credibility.
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple functions to support business objectives.
  • Influence decision-making through clear communication of opportunities, risks, and performance outcomes.


You will bring:

  • Experience managing commercial performance across digital, delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Experience evaluating promotional ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Confidence working with large datasets, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial judgement and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working within multi-site, retail, hospitality, consumer, leisure, or franchise-led businesses would be advantageous.
