Due to continued success and exciting growth plans, our thriving Hospitality Division in Glasgow is expanding. We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join us and play a key role in connecting talented candidates with Glasgow’s leading hospitality and event employers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing, screening, and registering candidates
• Conducting Right to Work checks and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Matching top talent with exciting temporary and permanent opportunities
• Building strong relationships with candidates and supporting them throughout their journey
• Coordinating staffing requirements for major events, venues, and hospitality clients across Glasgow
• Managing bookings, shift allocations, and candidate availability
• Supporting experienced consultants while developing your own recruitment knowledge
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to placement

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working in a busy, target-driven environment
• A genuine passion for helping people and building relationships
• Ambition to develop a successful career within recruitment
