Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Planning & Control
Create detailed project plans encompassing all deliverables & ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Manage change control using the appropriate processes.
- Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management
Create and sustain collaborative working relationships across customers, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, whilst defining clear roles and responsibilities.
- Financial Management
Maintain control of the project through effective governance, including disciplined risk, issue and change management, and strong financial control. Own the finance tracker, manage budget and forecast against agreed baselines, ensure WBS codes align to the project structure, manage billing milestones in the designated reporting tool, and assess the commercial impact of change (cost ownership, milestone status, margin, TCV and resourcing).
- Project Governance & Methodology
Project Delivery Framework methodology which is supported by industry project management standards such as PRINCE2.
- Risk & Issue Management
Establishing & maintaining a ‘Risk and Issue’ register, whilst identifying new risks and responses as well as mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle of projects.

Proven leadership and collaborative skills to manage cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Able to communicate in an accurate and concise manner to specific audiences, using varying tools and techniques,
- Planning and Control
Demonstrating a good understanding of common project management planning tools and methodologies
- Business Skills & Attributes
Having delivery experience spanning a varied, as well as multidisciplinary project environment/. Experienced in the technology industry with expertise in the telecoms sector. Good knowledge &awareness of Client products and service offering is advantageous.
Experience of working in a challenging customer facing service role and project environment.
Key performance indicators:
- Time, Cost and Quality: Delivering projects to agreed time, cost, and quality criteria, as well as Professional Services KPI delivery targets.
- Governance Auditing: Making sure that projects are delivered in accordance with the Client Professional Services Governance Framework
- Regular review via internal stakeholder feedback and external customer surveys.
Essential professional qualifications:
- Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent
- Significant proven Project Management experience of managing large and complex projects.
- Self-motivated individual with good organisational, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Eligible for SC clearance
- Agile experience
