Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a student accommodation provider in Glasgow for a Resident Services Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site team, supporting residents and visitors while helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors and contractors
• Manage enquiries in person, by telephone and via email
• Support resident check-ins, check-outs and arrivals
• Conduct property viewings and assist with leasing activity
• Assist with the planning and delivery of resident events and community initiatives
• Monitor communal areas to ensure high presentation standards are maintained
• Log maintenance requests and liaise with the maintenance team to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Support administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting and database updates
• Follow health and safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations

About you

• Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, retail, reception or student accommodation is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and friendly approach with a customer-first mindset
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive resident experience
