Technical Project Manager — Software & Systems Delivery

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own complex, multi-squad delivery in a client-facing environment. This role calls for genuine technical depth — you'll interpret technical designs, understand the architecture and integration decisions being made, and translate them into delivery plans that engineering teams respect.

You'll be the person keeping multiple technical squads aligned, surfacing risks early, and holding delivery together across distributed, global teams.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery across multiple technical squads and large-scale technical programmes
• Interpret technical designs and solution architecture, turning them into clear delivery actions
• Track progress in Agile/hybrid environments and stay ahead of dependencies
• Identify, articulate and manage risks and issues before they escalate
• Influence senior engineers and technical teams without direct authority
• Operate in a supplier/client setting — SoWs, scope control and stakeholder coordination

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in technical project management
• A hands-on background in software engineering, systems integration or technology delivery
• A working understanding of architecture, integration and deployment practices — enough to spot the risks an engineer would
• Strong Agile/hybrid delivery, dependency management and risk/issue articulation
• Day-to-day fluency with Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Experience delivering across distributed/global teams

This is delivery ownership on genuinely complex technical work, with the autonomy to run it your way.
