We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a newly established team based in Glasgow city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing function where you will play a key role in supporting internal recruitment and onboarding activities.
Working closely with the recruitment team, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new starters while supporting the ongoing development and functionality of internal systems.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of onboarding and recruitment-related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the onboarding process for new team members
• Managing and responding to a busy shared inbox
• Coordinating documentation and administrative processes for new starters
• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of internal systems and processes
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding activities are completed on time
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
• Assisting with general administrative tasks across the wider team
• Supporting the team with process improvements and project work where required
Essential Skills & Experience
• Previous experience within a fast-paced administrative role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
The ideal candidate will also
• Enjoy working in a busy and changing environment
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
• Be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Have a positive and solution-focused attitude
