Technology Manager - #2084917

Our client, a chemical manufacturing business in Glasgow, is looking for a Technology Manager to lead its process engineering function, take ownership of plant technology and performance, and drive continuous improvement across a complex, multi-product manufacturing environment. This role sits within the site leadership team and will work closely with R&D, operations and engineering to optimise processes, improve product quality and align plant capability with customer and business needs.

What you will need

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or higher (essential)
• Strong background in chemical or process manufacturing environments (pharma less relevant), with broad process understanding across a plant
• Proven experience leading process improvement, performance optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, operations and engineering, including involvement in product realisation and scale-up
