What you'll do on the Graduate Programme
- Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as certification, consultancy, inspection, logistics, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions
- Support day-to-day operational and project activities
- Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work
- Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices

Who can apply for the Graduate Programme
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience)
- Degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data, or related fields
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Willingness to work in a global, international environment, includes travel and overseas assignments
