What you'll do on the Graduate Programme




  • Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as certification, consultancy, inspection, logistics, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions

  • Support day-to-day operational and project activities

  • Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work

  • Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices

Who can apply for the Graduate Programme




  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience)

  • Willingness to work in a global, international environment, includes travel and overseas assignments
