Our client, a reputable firm located in central Glasgow, is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their friendly and sociable team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to handle high-value claims including RTA, EL, and PL work. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Associate, providing a unique chance for supported exposure in managing complex cases. Hybrid working options are tailored to individual needs and levels of support required.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a caseload of high-value personal injury claims, including RTA, EL, and PL cases.
- Collaborate closely with a Senior Associate to address and resolve complex legal issues.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients throughout the claim process.
- Prepare and oversee documents and evidence necessary for each case.
- Engage in negotiations and legal proceedings as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor in the UK, with NQ to 5 years PQE.
- Demonstrated experience in handling personal injury claims, including RTA, EL, and PL.
- Profound legal and procedural knowledge in personal injury law.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
