Salary: £27,000 + bonus

As a Graduate Pensions Administrator, you will build strong foundations within pensions administration, learning the technical side of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP), Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS), pension legislation, compliance, and financial administration.
This role offers excellent long-term progression for someone motivated to develop specialist expertise within financial services.
You will gain hands-on experience
- Pension administration and case management
- Processing contributions, transfers, benefits, and pension-related transactions
- Client, adviser, and stakeholder communication
- Understanding technical pension legislation and compliance requirement's
- Supporting pension property and investment-related administration
- Developing problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills within a regulated environment
