Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow, responsible for owning and nurturing key client relationships. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, and ensuring that performance marketing campaigns and deliverables align with their expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating with internal PPC, brand, and media teams, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights. The Client Services Manager will proactively identify opportunities to improve results, resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction and retention. The position also involves supporting account planning, participating in strategy meetings, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience managing multiple client accounts or stakeholders.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, including the ability to anticipate needs and respond to feedback constructively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or a performance agency environment is highly beneficial.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setting in Glasgow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
