About the Service

Are you looking for a meaningful career where you can make a genuine difference every single day?

Our vital service supports over 48 autistic individuals across Lanark, Carluke, and Biggar to live fulfilling, independent lives. Because no two people are the same, our care is completely tailored to each individual's needs. We provide a range of specialized care, including Housing Support, residential care, and transitional assessment services.

The Role & Shift Pattern

As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals to achieve their goals, develop life skills, and integrate into their local communities.

  • Shift Pattern: Days and evening shift patterns.

  • Flexibility is key: To provide the best possible consistent care, shifts will include weekends, evenings, and scheduled sleepovers.

What We Offer
  • Clear Pay Progression: A structured pay scale that rewards your commitment and allows you to progress to £14.15/hr at your own individual pace.

  • Highly Competitive Sleepover Rates: Earn an extra £107.60 for every sleepover shift completed.

  • Comprehensive Training: Full induction and ongoing specialist training in autism-focused care and housing support.

  • Career Growth: Opportunities to achieve fully funded qualifications while you work.

What We Are Looking For
  • Empathy and Values: You have a naturally supportive, patient, and respectful nature.

  • Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same and possess the flexibility required for a varied shift pattern.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills to connect with the people we support.

  • Experience in health and social care or working with autistic individuals is an advantage, but a great attitude and shared values are what matter most!
