What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Events Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making our events run smoothly, all while driving face-to-face sales. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people, build relationships, and promote what we offer in a way that feels natural and engaging. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Customer Interaction: Create positive, memorable experiences for attendees by answering their questions, providing helpful recommendations, and offering excellent customer service.
• Event Support: Help set up, manage, and break down event spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Product Promotion: Present our offerings in a way that’s engaging and informative, highlighting what makes us stand out and helping attendees understand how our products can benefit them.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to meet event goals and ensure everything is organised and executed to perfection.
• Post-Event Engagement: Assist with follow-up after events to ensure we nurture leads and continue building those relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or retail is a big plus. You should feel comfortable talking to new people, presenting products, and closing deals in person.
• Great Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator who enjoys speaking to people and building rapport quickly.
• Friendly and Approachable: You’re the kind of person who lights up a room and makes people feel welcome and comfortable.
• Organised: You know how to stay on top of tasks and juggle multiple things at once, especially when things get busy.
