What you’ll be doing

• Challenging and supporting senior stakeholders to improve financial performance
• Leading the forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning process
• Providing financial insight on strategic initiatives and investment proposals
• Reviewing business cases across capital projects, technology, and operational improvements
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiency gains

What we’re looking for

• Fully qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, or similar role
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Background in a project‑driven environment
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy
