Taskmaster Resources is continuing to grow and is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing your own client portfolio.
• Generating new business opportunities through sales activity and networking.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing temporary and permanent candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Providing exceptional customer service and account management.
• Working towards achievable sales and margin targets.
• Supporting existing accounts whilst developing new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Has previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential).
• Is motivated, resilient and target driven.
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enjoys both sales and candidate management.
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Wants to build a long-term career within recruitment.
