Aspen Medical is inviting expressions of interest from experienced Paramedics for potential future deployed medical facility and ambulance-support opportunities in Europe.
These opportunities may suit paramedics with experience in frontline ambulance services, pre-hospital emergency care, military medicine, remote-site response, field medical support, humanitarian response or austere healthcare environments.

Potential Responsibilities
The Paramedic may be required to support:
- Emergency response within an approved operating area.
- Ambulance-based pre-hospital care.
- Advanced life support interventions within scope of practice.
- Trauma care, hemorrhage control, airway support, shock management and cardiac emergency response.
- Patient assessment, stabilization and preparation for onward evacuation.
- Safe handover to receiving medical services.
- Ambulance readiness, equipment checks and emergency kit maintenance.
- Triage and mass casualty preparedness.
- Clinical documentation, emergency response logs and incident reporting.
- Participation in drills, exercises and readiness checks.
- Support to clinic operations and patient monitoring when required.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Current paramedic qualification and valid practice license/registration from an EU country, Norway or the UK.
- Recent frontline ambulance, pre-hospital, emergency, military medical or remote-site experience.
- Current ALS/ACLS or equivalent.
- Current trauma care training such as PHTLS, ITLS, TCCC, TECC or equivalent.
- Strong English language capability for clinical handover, emergency communication and documentation.
- Ability to work in a deployed, multinational and operationally controlled environment.
- Ability to complete credentialing, background checks, medical fitness screening, security requirements and site access procedures.
Desirable Experience
Military paramedic, combat medic or defence contractor experience is desirable. Experience with 4x4 ambulances, training-area medical support, MASCAL response, triage, field casualty management, humanitarian response, offshore medical response or expeditionary healthcare would be advantageous.
Eligibility: Due to anticipated operational and client requirements, applicants must be nationals of, or otherwise eligible for deployment from, EU countries, Norway or the United Kingdom.
