Are you an experienced management accountant looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established, growing organisation in a senior finance role that blends technical accounting, business partnering, and process improvement.

As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening financial controls, and providing insight that supports strategic decision‑making across the business. You’ll work closely with senior finance leaders and collaborate with teams across Commercial, Procurement, IT, and wider operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
• Completing balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations
• Producing insightful financial analysis and commentary
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning
• Working with stakeholders to challenge performance and drive improvements
• Supporting internal audits, external audits, and governance processes
• Contributing to systems improvements and finance transformation projects

What we’re looking for

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CA or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Experience in management accounting and financial analysis
• Confident working with operational and commercial teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain finance to non‑finance colleagues
• Experience with process improvement or automation projects (desirable)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (advantageous)
