Location: Glasgow, UK

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with Banking domain expertise to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of .NET-based applications and services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Drive application architecture, code quality, performance, and security best practices.
• Oversee system integrations, API development, and database design.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Support Agile delivery, release planning, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Strong understanding of microservices, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with enterprise-scale banking applications and regulatory environments.

Role 2 : Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) – .NET / Java (Banking Domain)

Location: Glasgow, UK

Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Business Analyst with Banking domain experience and exposure to .NET or Java applications. The role involves bridging business and technology teams, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and data analysis.
• Define API, integration, and data flow requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience.
• Banking or Financial Services domain expertise.
• Understanding of .NET or Java application environments.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
