We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Asbestos Surveyors to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional environment while contributing to the delivery of high-quality asbestos surveying services.

• Undertake asbestos sampling in accordance with HSG264 guidance and internal quality procedures.
• Conduct building inspections to complete asbestos management surveys and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
• Produce accurate site drawings and carry out technical quality assurance checks on collected data.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of asbestos legislation, industry guidance, and quality management requirements.
• Complete monthly quality control checks within required timescales.
• Maintain accurate exposure records and undertake regular respiratory protective equipment (RPE) inspections.
• Ensure all surveying equipment is correctly calibrated and maintained in accordance with HSG264 requirements.
• Record survey information accurately using electronic data capture systems.
• Label and document asbestos samples correctly and consistently.
• Produce detailed site drawings using appropriate software applications in line with client and organisational requirements.
• Update survey data regularly, with a minimum requirement for daily updates.
• Ensure all survey locations are appropriately photographed and images are uploaded to the relevant systems.
• Carry out technical quality assurance checks before reports are issued to clients.

• Hold a BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent RSPH certification.
• Have experience undertaking asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys.
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and professional approach to work.
• Possess a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
