Lettings Executive

• Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid – 4 days on-site, 1-day WFH)
• Salary: £26,500 Base + Commission (OTE £40,000)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
• Convert enquiries into bookings through remote sales techniques.
• Arrange and coordinate property viewings with on-site teams.
• Deliver a high-end, customer-focused experience to prospective residents.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s premium offerings.
• Build relationships with students and understand their accommodation requirements.
• Support wider sales and marketing activities.
