Rate:402GBP/day(Inside IR35)

Role Description:

## **Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive **Scrum Master** to lead Agile delivery, enable high-performing teams, and ensure alignment with Client’s delivery, risk, and regulatory frameworks.

## **Key Responsibilities**

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Act as a servant leader to drive Scrum adoption and team effectiveness.

- Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting delivery.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness.

- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, sprint progress).

- Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to governance standards.

## **Skills & Experience**

- 10+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years as a Scrum Master.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.

- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) and experience in banking/financial services preferred.
