A high street retailer is looking for a store manager to take the reins of their Glasgow Airport store and lead the team to even greater heights. The brand is known for its distinctive style, strong focus on craftsmanship, creativity, and ethically sourced products.

As a store manager, you’ll inspire, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while driving sales, hitting targets, and keeping the store standards high and on brand. From daily operations and visual merchandising to team training, performance management, and community engagement, you’ll be involved in every detail that makes the store thrive.

Ideally, you will have retail management experience within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands. Also, you'll be a hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills.

The role is paying up to £32,000. There is also a bonus and benefits package included. The company are opening new sites, so there are opportunities to progress and develop.
