Role: Field Engineer

Location: Glasgow-2/3 days a week

Contract

Job Description –

Installation of Networks & equipment (Commtel/SDH/PDH/Radio/Xtran)

Excellent knowledge of routing switching and data networking

IP networking (Wan, LAN, MPLS)

Experience in maintaining monitoring and troubleshooting networks and systems

Provisions of 1st, line assure activities on 24 x 7 x 365 basis adhering to our agreed contractual SLA targets. Reporting all information & updates to Vodafone’s service support desk

Proven track record in the installation and support of DC Charger, PDH, SDH, Comtel, Microwave radio technology’s DC & AC experienced.

Knowledge of Cisco & Alcatel products.

LAN & WAN Internetworking skills
