Paid Media Specialist - #2093119

As the Paid Media Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving online sales growth, delivering impactful marketing campaigns and optimising the customer journey to maximise conversion and revenue.

The Role

• Develop and execute the annual DTC activation plan
• Lead the paid media strategy across Meta and Google platforms, managing agency relationships and campaign performance
• Translate annual strategies into monthly activation calendars that support key trading periods and sales goals
• Build seamless acquisition-to-conversion journeys, working closely with the CRM Manager to maximise customer acquisition and retention
• n.Leverage first-party customer data to improve targeting, optimise campaign effectiveness, and increase customer lifetime value
• Create creative briefs and work with content teams to develop high-performing acquisition and conversion assets
• Own DTC performance reporting, monitoring key eCommerce metrics
• Manage catalogue setup and maintenance across multiple ecommerce storefronts, including SKU creation, cart rules, and merchandising
• Partner with Brand teams to deliver compelling merchandising plans and optimise the online customer experience

About You:

• 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer sales
• A proven track record of delivering revenue growth through digital channels
• ls.Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across Meta and Google platforms
• Experience working with and managing external paid media agencies
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into commercial actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with Magento or a similar eCommerce platform
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
