Role Description:

Looking for a Salesforce BA, focusing on Case Management, workflow design, and requirements delivery across complex programmes. Candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting testing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Salesforce Case Management and workflow solutions

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional designs

• Support workflow and case lifecycle design, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs

• Act as the bridge between business, technology, and test teams, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements

• Provide ongoing support to QA/UAT teams, including test scenario creation, defect triage, and validation

• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory standards across all deliverables

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce environments

• Proven expertise in Case Management, workflow design, and process mapping

• Solid experience in requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)

• Hands-on involvement in UAT support, test engagement, and defect management

• Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Agile delivery practices
