As Programme Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of interconnected projects and change initiatives, translating strategic priorities into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

You’ll operate at the heart of transformation—building frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring change is delivered effectively across a complex environment.

• Translate business strategy into clear programme roadmaps and delivery plans
• Establish and embed robust governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting standards
• Lead, develop and support a team of Project Managers
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and benefits realisation
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-programme impacts in a complex environment
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and suppliers

• Proven experience delivering large, multi-project programmes within complex organisations
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in programme governance, planning, and delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior leadership interaction
• Track record in change, digital, or organisational transformation
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Relevant professional certification (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMP)
