An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing Glasgow property team in a senior position with genuine long-term progression.

The role

As a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to the growth and development of the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
• Managing transactions independently from instruction through to completion
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to the development and growth of the conveyancing function
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

About you

This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:

• Has 5+ years’ PQE in residential property
• Is confident running a full caseload independently
• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is well organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Has an interest in developing their career into a senior or leadership position
• Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
