Position: Financial Adviser

You'll be joining a well-established, highly regarded independent financial planning practice with an excellent reputation across Scotland. The business is built around delivering genuinely independent, relationship-led advice to private individuals, families and business owners, helping clients achieve their long-term financial objectives through tailored wealth management, retirement planning, investment advice, pensions, protection and estate planning. The Opportunity
You'll inherit an established portfolio of loyal clients, providing holistic independent financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and wider wealth management.
Supported by a dedicated team of paraplanners and client administrators, you'll be able to focus your time on meeting clients, delivering outstanding advice and developing new business opportunities through referrals, professional connections and your own network.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established portfolio of existing clients.
- Deliver holistic independent financial advice tailored to each client's objectives.
- Conduct regular client reviews and build long-term financial planning strategies.
- Identify opportunities to grow assets under management through referrals and new business.
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional introducers.
- Work collaboratively with paraplanners and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain high technical and regulatory standards in line with FCA requirements.
About You
- Previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A consultative, client-focused approach.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality financial advice and generating new business.
