Description
Manage a busy pre-offer pipeline and keep cases moving efficiently.
* Answer broker calls and provide clear case updates.
* Respond promptly to broker and internal queries.
* Chase outstanding information, documents and actions.
* Work with Underwriting to package applications effectively.
* Keep case notes, communications and next steps up to date.
* Manage priorities, service levels and broker expectations.
* Escalate blockers and support smoother pipeline movement.
Profile
Prior customer service experience. * A task-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion. * An understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly. * Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail.
