The Role
We are currently looking for a Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team, covering Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
As a Lift Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to our customers, ensuring their lifts remain safe, reliable and operating efficiently. If you have a strong lift engineering background, including an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent), we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine service visits on a designated portfolio of lifts.
- Responding to customer requirements and meeting agreed service response times.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by delivering an excellent level of service.
- Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues using your own initiative.
- Providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor and Service Manager on work completed and any outstanding issues.
- Accurately completing all service documentation in line with company procedures.
- Working safely at all times and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the wider Service team.
