An ambitious and rapidly expanding automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced Dealer Training Specialist to play a key role in developing sales capability and customer experience across its growing UK retailer network.

The OpportunityWorking closely with senior commercial and network development leaders, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, performance-focused training programmes that drive retailer sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
You will support new dealership launches, sales accreditation programmes, product introductions, and targeted coaching initiatives designed to elevate retailer capability across the network.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver face-to-face and virtual sales training programmes across the UK dealer network.
- Support induction and onboarding training for new retailer staff.
- Facilitate engaging new product launch training events.
- Coach retailer teams on sales process adherence, customer journey excellence, and performance improvement.
- Design and develop training materials, workshop content, and e-learning modules.
- Partner with regional field teams to identify training needs and implement targeted development plans.
- Support network-wide training initiatives and commercial projects as required.
- Track training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
To be considered, you must have previous automotive OEM experience within training, sales development, retailer performance, or network operations.
You will also possess:
- Proven experience delivering sales or retailer training within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, customer experience, and retail performance metrics.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
- £52,000 basic salary.
