United Wholesale are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our growing team in Glasgow. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a confident and hardworking apprentice to join their team to provide support to their business support team! If working for a company who take the effects of global warming seriously then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients, responding to enquiries relating to orders and diary bookings

• Printing and accurately matching invoices within the purchase ledger before processing and inputting them into the Open Accounts system

• Managing supplier statements and maintaining effective communication with suppliers to resolve queries and ensure account accuracy

• Working collaboratively with the Buying Department to verify that order details and costings are correct

• Using the Venty document management system to update and maintain accurate records

• Utilising InView to manage finance documentation and update customer account information

• Using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to support day-to-day administrative and financial tasks

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
