  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and software to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide clear, professional responses.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and payroll regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support management with payroll-related insights and data analysis as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in payroll management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll.
