We are recruiting on behalf of a dedicated and compassionate organisation based in Glasgow that is looking for experienced and caring Support Workers to join their team. You will be working within a supportive and professional team environment, providing person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of needs. What You Will Be Doing

• Providing practical and emotional support to individuals in line with their personal care plans
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and medication support
• Supporting individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and community activities
• Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a support worker, care worker, or similar role is desirable
• A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference
• A warm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Good communication skills — both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and shift patterns as required
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential depending on the role
