SPS are leaders in the provision of property services. We deliver high quality products and services to over 400 customers around the UK. We deal with councils, local authorities, FM companies, landlords, banks and estate agents and give them security, environmental services, doors, access control, and helpdesk services, 24/7.

SPS are looking to bring on a Property Services Apprentice to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming a systems expert in NetPlus, using the database client portals as required

  • Receiving and processing customers’ orders

  • Responding to emails using Outlook

  • Processing jobs from inception through to completion and ready to invoice

  • Using collaborative technology from the intranet to view data

  • First response to external or internal stakeholders and redirecting emails/calls

  • Running reports using Excel and extracting data

  • Requesting work variations

  • Co-ordinating multiple trades and personnel to jobs in your particular area

  • Raising invoices for your instructions

  • Issuing weekly and monthly reports

Desirable skills:

  • Willing to learn

  • Good attitude to work

  • Open to feedback

  • Good attendance and timekeeping

  • Ideally had some IT experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Permanent position on completion of the apprenticeship provided we are satisfied with performance, timekeeping attendance etc

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
