This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who wants to work in a business where processes are well structured, workloads are manageable and advisers genuinely value their support team.
You'll work closely with the firm's Directors, taking ownership of client administration across the full advice process. With well-established systems and workflows in place, you'll benefit from an efficient and collaborative working environment that allows you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes rather than chasing paperwork.

What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners throughout the client journey
- Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
- Manage servicing requirements including withdrawals, fund switches and policy alterations
- Liaise with clients, providers and third parties by telephone, email and written correspondence
- Obtain policy information, valuations and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and update workflow management systems
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales
- Prepare client meeting packs and supporting documentation
- Assist with diary management and general office administration where required
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
What you'll need
- Experience within a Financial Planning, IFA or Wealth Management administration role
- Good understanding of financial services products and advice processes
- Experience using Intelliflo would be advantageous
