Customer Service Coordinator – Documentation

Full time, permanent, Glasgow Office

We are looking for someone to join our Export Customer Service Team based in our Glasgow office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of documentation are handled efficiently, accurately and effectively within the set KPI’s, utilising their Customer Service skills to support both internal and external Customers and answer any queries quickly and efficiently.

How you will help us and what you can expect

• Effectively Manage workloads and turnaround times expected by our clients
• Be aware of both client and MSC UK priorities and requirements
• Resolve Customer queries within set deadlines
• Develop relationships with customers to better understand their requirements to evolve and enhance their service level and customer experience
• Awareness of all documentation processes
• Administer clerical tasks and procedures accurately and efficiently
• Improve customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Contribute to a positive climate through a positive attitude to work and support for colleagues and other team members
