Temporary Customer Service Representative - Glasgow - #2112408

Location: Glasgow (office based)
Pay: £13.50 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay
Duration: 3 months

Hours: 37.5 on a Rotational Basis

8am-4pm - 5 days per week OR 8am - 6pm - 4 days per week

Requirement: Valid DBS required
Start: Immediate availability needed

About the Role

Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day processing ofvisa applications & renewals. This will include greeting customers, support completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.

It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.

A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
