This is an excitingopportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join acollaborative finance team where they will gain broad exposure to operationalfinance, business partnering and strategic decision-making, while workingclosely with stakeholders across the organisation.
Your new role
As ManagementAccountant, you will play a key role within the operational finance function,taking ownership of management accounts, supporting financial reporting andcontributing to forecasting and budgeting activities. Working as part of aclose-knit finance team, you will partner with operational stakeholders toprovide meaningful financial insight, support business performance and helpdrive informed decision-making.
This is a variedand highly visible role that offers exposure to a dynamic business environmentwhere no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering accurateand timely financial information, supporting reporting requirements, analysingbusiness performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes andfinancial controls. The role offers an excellent platform for someone lookingto further develop their commercial awareness and influence within a growingorganisation.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successfulin this position, you will be a qualified accountant with previous managementaccounting experience and strong financial reporting capabilities. You willpossess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the abilityto communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
The successfulcandidate will bring a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, be comfortableworking within a changing business environment and demonstrate the ability tobuild positive working relationships across the organisation. A collaborativeapproach, commercial awareness and a desire to continuously improve processesand performance will be key to success in this role.
